Terms of Service
Last updated 31 August 2026
1. Who we are
ProductCTO, the trading name of Tanninen Consulting e.U., Millergasse 37, 1060 Vienna, Austria, operates a number of software products, including Growhold, Antwort and Scopedom (each a "Service"). These terms apply to all of them. Where a Service publishes additional terms, those apply alongside these and take precedence if the two conflict.

2. Your account
You need an account to use a Service. Keep your credentials secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, and if you use a Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation to these terms.
3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on the cycle shown at checkout. Prices are listed on each Service's pricing page and exclude VAT unless stated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not refund unused time in a period that has already started.
Where a Service sells usage credits, the monthly allowance does not carry over between billing periods. Credits purchased separately do not expire and are non-refundable once used. We do not refund usage that produced an output you were not satisfied with.
We may change prices with 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.
4. Consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting to use a Service immediately after purchase, you ask us to begin performance during that period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or upload content you have no right to use
- attempt to access other customers' data, or probe or disrupt the Service
- resell, scrape or systematically extract the Service or the data within it
- use the Service to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful material
We may suspend an account that breaches this section, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.
6. Your content and our content
You keep ownership of the content you put into a Service and of the outputs it produces for you. You grant us the licence needed to host and process that content in order to operate the Service.
We keep ownership of the Service itself, including its software, data sets and prebuilt workflows. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.
7. AI outputs
Our Services use AI models, and their outputs can be wrong. Treat them as drafts and material for your own judgement, not as professional advice or a statement of fact. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on or publish.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Services available and to give notice of planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change as products develop. If we discontinue a Service, we will give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid period that goes unused.
9. Liability
The Services are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, gross negligence or intent, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the Service before they take effect, and continuing to use the Service means you accept them.
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of Vienna have jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring proceedings where they live, and mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
